Om Designs is 100% committed to providing you with a satisfying and happy online experience. If you are for any reason not happy with your online purchase, Om Designs will happily provide an Exchange or a Refund. To be eligible for a Refund the item must have been purchased at Full Price and you must have returned the item within 14 days of purchase.
Items MUST be in their original condition, unworn, clean, unwashed, undamaged and with tags still attached. If an incorrect or faulty item has been shipped, Om Designs will waive the exchanged item shipping charges. If you just changed your mind, or want a different size or colour, we ask that you pay the cost of returning the item and that you include a self addressed pre-paid Express Post satchel for your new item.
How to return/exchange
Returns forms can be downloaded here: Returns form. Please fill out the form and indicate if you would prefer an exchange for another item or size, or a refund (If you are eligible). For the exchange or refund to be accepted and processed, all items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition, unworn, clean, unwashed, undamaged and with tags still attached. A copy of the original invoice and returns form must be included. The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, please provide us with a self addressed pre-paid Express Post satchel for your new item. Please send your item to us, including a copy of the original invoice and the returns form, using a pre-paid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. If you want a refund on items that received free delivery, the postage costs (usually $15) will be deducted from your refund. For refunds please allow five working days to process after receipt of returned item.
*Reduced or sale items*
You can return reduced or sale items for an exchange, not a refund. Please include a self addressed pre-paid Express Post satchel for your new item.
*Please note that items must be returned in the same manner they were received. They should be new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
*Please also note that returned items are your responsibility until they are received by Om Designs. Om Designs will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit. We recommend returning your items by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Items purchased from an OM DESIGNS stockist
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. Om Designs cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased from an Om Designs stockist.
